Ms. Felicia Chang is the Co-founder/CEO of GWT. She leverages her more than 10 years’ global business experience, primarily focused on Asia/China. Business and Design are her two areas of expertise. Combined with her corporate, small business, and start-up experiences, she has the right blend of rational thinking, business discipline, and creativity.
A Chinese native, Ms Chang came to the US to pursue higher education. Ms. Chang has spent many years working and prospering in corporate America. While there she worked intensively with global teams that encompassed multiple regions and she was in many advisory/consultant roles to senior executives. She possesses broad business background such as strategic planning, marketing, engineering, design, and operation. The progressive positions provide her solid knowledge of key business development phases - assess market opportunity, research customer needs, forecast sales, develop profitable business model and effective marketing strategy as well as establish a systematic process, build a team to implement and provide customer service.
Ms. Chang's earlier career started as an Urban Planner in China's initial wave of city development. She was the founder of first revenue generating company in an Academic environment. She led several projects won Beijing city mayor's awards.
She has also started and operates a design visualization company which she leverages resources from US and China to serve global clients. She is actively involves in China’s award winning urban design projects , as well as consumer product design projects where she uses creative resources from the U.S. and China to bring customers excellent solutions at a reasonable cost.
With combined experiences with big corporations, small companies and entrepreneurship, Ms. Chang will use her real life experiences to your advantage. She understands your challenges firsthand. Ms. Chang has an MBA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a Master degree from North Carolina State University, School of Design and a Bachelor degree from China.
